Zaic & Associates, Architects, formed in 1987, is an award-wining firm that has been published in both national and major metropolitan area publications since its inception. They are a design oriented Architectural and Planning firm focusing on small to medium sized projects. The firm has completed a broad range of project types, including custom residential, clubhouses, resort amenities, private equestrian facilities, office buildings, retail centers, fraternity houses and restaurants. They have extensive experience in both new construction and renovation projects.
Previous to the inception of Zaic and Associates, Architects, Randall Zaic had over 12 years of experience with both large and small architectural firms. With specialties including hospitality, general commercial, branch banking, industrial, office buildings as well as single and multifamily residential projects. This unique broad range of experience in the design and management of both large and small-scale projects with varied and complex programmatic requirements enables him to provide clients with a level of expertise and management skills rarely found in a small firm.
